Initial order is a 6 piece minimum.
After initial order, there are no minimums but there is a $10.00 less than 6 piece minimum
Order Approvals/art approvals:
Once we receive your order via email we will send an order confirmation back to you for a written confirmation. This approval will confirm pricing and quantities. You should receive this approval same day if order is submitted before 2:00 ET. Anything submitted after 2:00 will be back by noon the next day. You will then receive an art proof within 48 hours that will confirm artwork specifics as well as personalizations. This will come via a “proof stuff” program. Please review all artwork carefully for correct spelling, content, and colors. Once artwork is approved, you are responsible for any mistakes that are on the proof. Should you want to make any changes to art, simply decline the artwork and we will send you a revision within a few hours.
RavaWear has a full service art department that is ready to work on creation of your garments. If you choose a custom layout other than our supplied templates, there will be a $75.00 art charge applied. If initial order of custom layout is 24 or more units, there will be no set up charge for this layout. If you choose a RavaWear template, there is no charge for artwork creation regardless of quantity. Any artwork that is submitted for use in the design must be sent in a vectorized format, such as Adobe Illustrator, pdf, or Cdr to avoid additional art charges. Artwork requested to be used that is not in one of these formats will be priced on a per job basis.
Once artwork is approved completely your job should be completed within 10 working days from time of approval. If for any reason there is a situation that would alter this delivery a representative from RavaWear would contact you immediately.
RavaWear ships all items via UPS and standard charges apply. Feel free to pick up your order at BJ's Custom Creations in Hagerstown, MD. We would be happy to blind ship any orders directly to your customer as long as all shipping information is provided at time of order approval.
All items produced by RavaWear are custom made to order. Therefore, there are no returns allowed once garment is produced. If for any reason, you are unhappy with the quality or workmanship of the product, RavaWear does offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Initial orders that are 6-23 pieces will require a $75.00 artwork charge for the development of the product. It will be necessary that the main elements of the design are provided in a vector format to avoid any additional charges. Please see below for an example of design "elements" for a better understanding. Once we have these necessary parts our design team will put together an attractive final product for your consideration.
